St. Petersburg

Co-managing partner of St. Petersburg’s Englander Fischer, dedicated to legal issues that impact business, Courtney Fernald oversees associates, mentors newer attorneys and is on the executive committee. She is practice manager of the appellate section and handles business litigation matters such as commercial contract and lease disputes, misappropriation of trade secrets and covenants not to compete. Fernald is board-certified by the Florida Bar as an expert in appellate practice. She is a past chair of the Appellate Practice Section of the St. Petersburg Bar Association.
