Katherine Frazier is a shareholder in the real estate group at HWK, offices in Tampa and Clearwater. She advises on Florida transactions and long represented an NYSE car dealership group in acquisitions, including a portfolio of over 70 properties. She is an American College of Real Estate Lawyers Fellow and chair of the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section. Frazier is on the board of the Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute Foundation and a mentor in the firm and through the Athena Society.
