At Marshall Dennehey, 500 attorneys in seven states, Kimberly Kanoff Berman is the firm’s lead Florida appellate attorney. Colleagues rely on her to address thorny legal problems. She is one of Florida’s 217 board-certified appellate attorneys and has litigated appeals in cases of medical malpractice, construction defect and premises liability. She is on the board of the Florida Supreme Court Historical Society. Berman has worked pro bono through the Florida Guardian ad Litem office and has served as adjunct faculty at three law schools.
