Castle Group, the premier choice for community management, is pleased to announce that Kristen Searle, Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Castle Group, has been named Chief Human Resources Officer. She began her career in 2005 at SBA Communications in Boca Raton as a Recruiter, scaling to Human Resources Manager in 2008 and HR Director in 2013. Her 13-year tenure with the company came to a close in the summer of 2019, when she joined Castle Group as VP of Human Resources. Searle's promotion comes on the heels of her five year anniversary at Castle, marking two significant milestones for her Castle career.
