John Arrastia co-founded Continental, offices in Miami, Tallahassee and Washington, D.C., in 2022. He has fostered a positive culture and grown the firm’s client base. Arrastia was named a fellow of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity and is on the board of the Hispanic National Bar Foundation, a nonprofit that helps Hispanics with access to higher education. In 2023 he formed the J. Arrastia Master of Laws Grant to assist overseas students pursuing LL.M. degrees at Cambridge University’s Jesus College, his alma mater.
