A partner in the Tampa and Atlanta offices, Christine Howard is the first woman to serve on Fisher Phillips’ three-person management committee, which oversees strategy, compensation and recruiting for a firm with 500-plus lawyers in 37 offices. Howard co-founded the Women’s Initiative Leadership Council, and women now chair 65% of the firm’s practice groups and comprise 28% of its partners; female equity partners have increased 48%. ALM’s Corporate Counsel named Howard “Law Firm Managing Partner of the Year” for 2022.
