Rex Hurley has defended employers and insurance carriers in Florida workers’ compensation matters since he co-founded HR Law with William Rogner in 1992. Clients are from all sectors, from agriculture to the state of Florida. Hurley manages 28 attorneys and 60-plus staff from headquarters in Orlando, with offices also in Deerfield Beach, Fort Myers, Fort Pierce and Tallahassee. He served as vice chair of the Florida Bar’s workers’ compensation board certification committee and often presents on workers’ compensation topics.
