“We are generous with the number of sick days we provide to our employees. Our employees’ health and well-being is really important to us. We do require you carry a certain amount of sick days, but after you meet that minimum requirement, you can turn that sick pay into compensation for wellness purchases. You can use it to pay for your gym membership or use it to pay for a piece of fitness equipment, or the employee’s insurance premium that comes out of their paychecks. It is very cool. I have worked in different companies, and it’s the only company I have seen do this.”
