Roetzel Strengthens Estate Planning, Tax & Transactional Group with Addition of David Ruben in Florida

Roetzel & Andress LPA continues to grow its Estate Planning, Tax & Transactional Group Team in Southwest Florida with the addition of David A. Ruben as a shareholder in the firm’s Naples office. 

“We are thrilled to welcome David to Roetzel, and I look forward to seeing the value he will provide to our clients,” said Marc A. Huling, shareholder-in-charge of the firm’s Naples office. “His sophisticated estate planning and wealth preservation expertise will bring great depth to our already-established group and we are excited to have him on our team.” 

In his practice, Mr. Ruben will advise individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning and wealth preservation strategies. He writes extensively on the topics of trusts and wealth management and has been published in several industry journals. He holds licenses to practice law in Florida, Delaware and Pennsylvania. 

Mr. Ruben received his J.D. from the Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law, and his LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law. He is active in the Naples community and is a member of the Board of Directors of Naples Zoo.
